Managing Partner
Hayden Victoria is a Texas-based sports media and event operations leader who advises organizations on running broadcast and event operations at the highest level. Through OronaVictoria, where he heads the media and advisory practice, he draws on hands-on experience from some of the world's largest events — the FIFA World Cup 2026, the College Football Playoff, the Super Bowl, and the NCAA Final Four.
Most recently, Hayden served as Broadcast Operations Stadium Manager for the FIFA 2026 World Cup in Houston, leading a venue team of 158 HBS broadcast personnel and acting as the primary liaison between FIFA, stadium management, and the Host Broadcaster. Earlier, he founded Texas Sports Network — building the brand from the ground up, directing a 30+ member distributed team, and establishing a content partnership with The Sporting News, where he also supported national NBA, NFL, and NCAA coverage. His production background spans ESPN, FloSports, and SkyCam, and he has worked as a communications consultant across a range of events.
That path started early. In his younger years, Hayden founded the Houston Youth Hockey Group, a nonprofit that grew to serve 1,500+ families in partnership with the NHL and the University of Houston. That work led the University of Houston to tab him as a consultant for its Ice Hockey program, where he took on season production, six-figure fundraising, and development and communications. At Texas Athletics, he played a role in gameday communications and operations for fans.
Hayden holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and is completing a Master of Science in Sport Management at Texas Tech University.
